Experiment

When you have a ping pong ball and a hairdryer you can make the ping pong ball fly with the hairdryer. The wind of the hairdryer creates a low pressure zone that makes the ping pong ball stay within the wind of the hairdryer. What's even cooler is that when you put a cylinder where the wind is blowing the ball will go flying through the cylinder.

Hot Air Balloons

Hot air balloons come in all shapes and sizes, What is a hot air balloon?

Hot air balloons are basically balloons but a big one carrying a basket with people in it.

It flies by the gases inside of it Joseph-Michel and Jacques-Étienne Montgolfier were two brothers who lived in France. They made the first ever flying machine. It was made between 1899 and 1905. And they use the wind to control where the hot air balloon travels. Since like all the flying machines can turn direction. Hot air balloons use the wind to their advantage. But how do they go up? You ask. so the hot air balloon uses a simple physics concept that hot air rises. when a burner heats up the air inside the envelope the balloon would become lighter in weight.
